What does "verified" actually mean here?
A SureRent scout physically visits the property, confirms the address, photographs the condition, and cross-checks the papers before anything publishes. If any link in that chain fails, the listing never reaches you.
Do I pay before I see the house?
Never. Inspect first, pay after — that rule is stamped on every file. Any agent who asks for money before inspection should be reported immediately.
How do agents get certified?
Identity check, track-record review, and a signed conduct code — usually inside 48 hours. Uncertified agents cannot publish to the ledger.
Is SureRent free for renters?

What if a listing turns out to be fake?
